CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Steel Partners Policies and Terms can be found on this page. Steel Partners Lighting is committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service possible. We are available for inquiries about our lighting products or current orders placed Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (Mountain Time) toll-free at 1-888-588-3211 / (505) 342-9044 or email us for services after hours or on the weekend.
EVERY PIECE IS CUSTOM
Each piece is crafted by hand and made-to-order one at a time with the specific finish and lens option chosen by the client. Therefore, returns are only reviewed for approval on a case-by-case basis.
FIXTURE INSTALLATION
In compliance with Underwriters Laboratories, all fixtures designed for permanent placement (direct wired or hardwired) MUST be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved. The support structure must be evaluated to ensure it will withstand the weight of the fixture (such as chandeliers). Steel Partners is not responsible for any loss or damages that may occur as a result of insufficient structural support or incorrect installation of any Steel Partners Lighting product or fixtures.

Orders are accepted in writing, via the internet, or by phone at (505) 342-9044 or 1-888-588-3211. Please submit resale certificate with first time order.
TERMS
All orders must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) unless other arrangements have been made with Steel Partners.
WARRANTY
We offer a 30-day warranty against product defect. Please call us (505) 342-9044 or 1-888-588-3211 if you have any problems to see how we can help you. We have been in business since 1991, and that’s because we take care of our customers.
Steel Partners Lighting warrants that its products are free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of thirty days from date of purchase. If within thirty days from date of purchase any of its products are found defective in workmanship or materials, Steel Partners Lighting will repair or replace, at its sole option, the defective product upon presentation of proof of purchase and the defective product. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Steel Partners Lighting liability under any warranty, whether express or implied, is LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FOR THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
DAMAGES
We examine all items carefully before shipping to make sure you are getting quality. We have a fool-proof process of packing and weighing all products being shipped to eliminate damage or miscounts. We use a “foam in place” system and double-strength boxes to ensure items will be delivered undamaged. It is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect packages for product damage or missing product or parts, and to report any damage or missing product to both the carrier and us within 24 hours. DO NOT SIGN a “clear bill of lading” if damage or missing boxes are apparent. Please refuse UPS-delivered items if damage is apparent through ripped or damaged box.
SHIPPING
We ship UPS Ground or, for large orders and some of our oversize pieces, Common Carrier. Please note in the item description the pieces that must be sent via Common Carrier due to their size. There is an up-charge for freight companies to deliver to residential destinations. We offer drop-shipping services to our customers for a fee. Steel Partners cannot take responsibility for packages left at destination unsigned.

All sizes listed are approximate and are given in the Height (H) x width (W) x length (L) format, with “length” meaning chain or extension length (ie. floor/desk lamps). Prices listed on the price list are subject to change without notice due to worldwide increases that are out of our control.
PRODUCT PRICING
Product pricing and/or information change from time to time. Though we strive to insure this information is accurate and correct, there can be unintentional pricing and product description inaccuracy’s, which is corrected as soon as Steel Partners Lighting is aware of these inaccuracy’s. Steel Partners Lighting will not honor any inaccurate product pricing or product information that may be listed or shown on it’s website or in any product material, however, those inaccurate prices and/or product information, will be corrected to reflect the correct pricing and/or product information as soon as possible.
